More of a "phuh" pronunciation. Like a mix between long o and er sound.

Also, What The Pho, Pho Real, and Pho King, are all names of real restaurants, playing on the word pho. What The Pho is somewhere in Georgia, and Pho Real is in Maryland. I've been to both. Pho King is in Pennsylvania, but I've never been to this particular restaurant.
