The Simpsons Season 21 premieres this sunday

Season 21

Homer the Whopper: Comic Book Guy creates a new superhero called Everyman who takes powers from other superheroes. Homer is cast as the lead in the film adaptation. To get Homer into shape, the movie studio hires a celebrity fitness trainer, Lyle McCarthy to help him. Homer gets into great shape but the film is canceled, and his life falls apart.

The simpsons have to involve celebrity flavors of the month. They wont have many episodes that wont involve "celebrities"

They cant come up with original ideas anymore.

Meh, I'm getting tired of the stupid crap that Seth MacFarlane (sp?) pulls in Family Guy. Watching Conway Twitty for more than 10 seconds is not funny.

There is no comparison. Simpsons is leagues better than Family Guy will ever be. Family Guy was alright in its first couple seasons, and it should have never been brought back after it was canceled. It has become one of the worst TV shows I can think of. The jokes are aren't creative or funny, and the writing is just fucking awful. I cannot think of a TV show that deserves to be canceled more than Family Guy.

Simpons has long since stopped being entertaining for me.
I wont fault people who still wanna watch it, but back in seasons 16 and 17 it seemed they had run out of original ideas. I seriously doubt they are doing better in season 21.
