The shrimp and the catchy song

I heard this new tune on the radio, and I thought it was pretty catchy. I thought it was some brand new artist. Lo and behold, it turned out to be Miley Cyrus. When I relayed this to my friend, he said that "the tune maybe catchy, but she's still a shrimp."

I didn't know what it meant, but good ol' urban dictionary filled in the blanks.

A butterface. Shrimp is a fucking awful term to use to describe that. When referring to people, shrimp has been established to mean short/small.
