The shopping center literally in front of my house just became the best shopping center ever...

Brand new shopping center about a 1-2 minute walk from my front door....

Currently has;

Home Depot
Staples
Carrabbas
Starbucks
Atlanta Bread Company
Bellacinos Pizza & Grinders
2 Nice furniture stores
Sears Service Center
Pet Store
and a Day Spa

Just got a flyer in the mail today, they just leased last big retail store to CompUSA

It it literally next door to Staples though, i guess they arent in all that direct competetion but still

That's the way to be. I'd certainly like to know why traffic would be a concern? You can likely jump on the freeway quicker than most people can get to the end of their street, traffic or no traffic. Xmas shopping is a breeze, and you don't have to pay to park! Nothing like having your cake, and eating it too!

The perfect shopping center would be Fry's, Harbor Freight, Costco, Burlington Coat Factory, Strip Club, and Wendy's/In n Out.

I can't see why anyone would want to live next to a giant parking lot and some of the most generic looking buildings with the most generic contents in the country.

Woohoo! I live next to Home Depot, it's ugly and offers absolutely nothing you can't get everywhere else in this country! Yay!
