So one of the cops shoots a dog that was chewing on his leg, but apparently that isn't a good thing. A big wig comes to inspect the scene, probably to bark down fire on the cop, but they set it up so he'd be fine. They planted a gun next to the dog, and the main dude says, "Hey what could he do, the dog was reaching."

I would have rolled....
