I missed a part of this series and had a question?

Does Vick not know that it was Shane that killed Lem?

I thought that he knew but he keeps going after the salvadorian guy and saying he must pay for Lems murder.

And no, Vic (nor anyone else) knows Shane dropped the bomb on Lem.
