Streaks and Tips

Walton Goggins gives a standout performance as Det. Shane Vendrell in this jarring episode, no easy task given the caliber of the cast. As a founding Strike Team member, Shane doesn't take kindly to strangers, and his welcome to new team member Tavon Garris (Brian White) last season was frosty. Here the tensions between the two men escalate when Shane arrests one of Tavon's informants. Mackey does his best to hold the team together, but he's distracted by a personal crisis when his daughter Cassidy (well played by Autumn Chiklis) runs away from home.

1 hour & 15 minutes till a new episode of The Shield Season 3

When Mackey was talking to Shane, there was another person there that they didn't show. I would think Tevon is dead...but who knows. This season is AWESOME so far.

Daaaaamn, another outstanding episode. That was one of the more realistic (and intense) fights I've ever seen on TV.

Looks like Shane's GF's got a taste of what life on the Strike Team is like after she saw & participated in the fight between Shane & Tevon.

Loved the line by Pounder's character (Claudette) to Karnes (Dutch) "You didn't play bad cop did you?"
