Who's next for Laura Ingraham? Will she be kissing Rush Limpballs "fat ass"?

First a little background (she's never been a fan of John McCain):

Feb 1, 2008: from O'Really on Fox - Laura Ingraham on John McCain

O'REILLY: There is a lot of angst around John McCain by some talk radio people. No. 1, are you one of those people? And, No. 2, how do you see the big picture?

LAURA INGRAHAM, RADIO TALK SHOW HOST: Guilty as charged. I'm one of those people. And it's pretty clear and easy to understand.

The pieces of legislation that John McCain became most famous for are all pieces of legislation that he co-authored with liberals, whether it's McCain-Kennedy, obviously, the amnesty bill, or it was McCain-Feingold, which was a direct curtailment of political free speech in America. They're just, on the conservative scale of 0 to 10, 0 being the least offensive, 10 being the most offensive, both of them are like 12.

O'REILLY: If you have that and you have immigration?

INGRAHAM: Carbon taxes. Failure to want the Bush tax cuts to be permanent. The list goes on.

O'REILLY: Does that disqualify him, then, from your vote and other conservative Americans if he is the choice of the Republican Party? Do you stay home and not vote at all?

INGRAHAM: Well, I haven't really decided what I'm going to do. I want to be an optimist and think that, you know, anything is possible. You can influence John McCain in a way that he's never been influenced before politically. Because more often than not, when the choice was making deals with conservatives or making them with liberals, John McCain chose the latter. That's just a fact. I mean, he doesn't want to talk about that bill at these debates.

O'REILLY: Nobody is arguing the fact. But the...

INGRAHAM: He doesn't want to talk about it.

O'REILLY: The conversation now is, look, just like Hillary Clinton is running to the left in a primary and, if she wins, she'll go back to the center, John McCain is going to go to the right in the general election to try to win back people like...

INGRAHAM: Why?

O'REILLY: To try to win back people like you.

INGRAHAM: No, he's going to go for the moderates. He's going to go for moderates and independents.

O'REILLY: You wait and see.

INGRAHAM: If he doesn't need conservatives, Bill, to win the nomination, I don't think he has to give conservatives the time of day to win the election. I really don't.

O'REILLY: I would be very surprised if he doesn't put his right-to-life cred on the line, his 83 percent conservative voting record on the line. I'd be very surprised if he doesn't.

Now, you're right in the fact that the McCain people aren't taking conservative votes for granted.

INGRAHAM: No. The McCain people won't return our phone calls.

~~snip~~

(END TAPE)

O'REILLY: And today Ms. Laura announced she is supporting Governor Romney.

Fast forward to 2009. Meghan McCain (John's daughter) blogged about "certain individuals (who) continue to perpetuate negative stereotypes about Republicans" essentially calling out Ann Coulter ... effectively calling the GOP out for their negativity, hate and personal attacks.

To make matters worse, certain individuals continue to perpetuate negative stereotypes about Republicans. Especially Republican women. Who do I feel is the biggest culprit? Ann Coulter. I straight up don?t understand this woman or her popularity. I find her offensive, radical, insulting, and confusing all at the same time....

More so than my ideological differences with Ann Coulter, I don?t like her demeanor. I have never been a person who was attracted to hate or negativity. I don?t believe in scare tactics and would never condone or encourage anyone calling President Obama a Muslim. But controversy sells and Coulter is nothing if not controversial. Everything about her is extreme: her voice, her interview tactics, and especially the public statements she makes about liberals. Maybe her popularity stems from the fact that watching her is sometimes like watching a train wreck.

So last week Laura "The Anti-McCain" Ingraham (no hate or personal attack here  ) strikes back in a mocking faux-Valley Girl voice, Ingraham made fun of McCain?s body, joking that she didn?t get a ?role in the Real World? because ?they don?t like plus-sized models?.

To bring this little ditty to a close (it gets even better), yesterday Meghan McCain Tells Laura Ingraham: ?Kiss My Fat Ass!?

When will the GOP get it? The politics of hate and personal attacks is over. Your propaganda and fallacy is Kaput. Your permanent minority status at 19% has been achieved. How much longer will you let Limpballs, Coulter and Ingraham represent your values? How much longer will you march in jack-booted lock-step with these clowns?

Inquiring minds want to know ....

Meghan has a point with Ann Coulter. Her books are hilarious, basically the equivalent of pornography for right wingers. Crap, they know they shouldn't indulge in it, but it's a guilty if non-productive pleasure.

Guilty: Liberal "Victims" and Their Assault on America
How to Talk to a Liberal (If You Must): The World According to Ann Coulter
If Democrats Had Any Brains, They'd Be Republicans
Slander: Liberal Lies About the American Right
Godless: The Church of Liberalism

Those are all titles in order from Amazon, lol what a mess

This is just typical cat-fighting amongst females.

If you take more than a fleeting glance at this issue, you'll see that Ingraham has some leftover issues from her teen years.

She looks like a dude, Meghan doesn't - this really doesn't go much deeper than that.

Begins?

It began in the Republican primary when a conservative did not win the nomination and I did my part when I refused to vote for McCain. I would love to throw him and his "moderate" ilk out of the party. There can be no compromise on our principles and values else we get men like George W Bush who believe government is the answer to every question in the world. We get men who are no better than socialists.

I?m willing to take every single member of my party who voted for (example) the Patriot Act and throw them out. How about YOU? Got the balls to stand up for anything other than partisan attacks, or are you afraid that would be called "eating your own" as you put it?

Man, do you ever need help.

I dislike the Patriot Act as much as anyone but there are elements which are needed - you don't throw the caviar out with the trash. Address civil liberty concerns, toss out freaking national security letters and what remains are needed protections for American citizens.

And I'll bet you it will be done in 2009.

And you proved my point. Are you the Poster Child for Conservatives, now? My-Way-Or-The-Highway? Welcome to the Permanent Minority. You should be less concerned with the **attack** and focus on solutions which address your concerns. It's shades of gray, Dood, not everything is black and white.

How does the GOP let these people represent their views?

None you mention has ever been elected to office. One's a politician's daughter, the other a radio personality.

Besides, I thought many of you complained that the GOP marched in lock-step. Well, these recent examples of in-fighting demonstrate that's not the case.

I don't see much ere othe rthan entertainment. Ingraham enjoy the puiblicity (maybe she was getting jealous about Rush getting all the attention), the other's a daughter defending her dad. Who knows, maybe the McCain woman is gearing up for politics?

(I kinda agree with Ingraham though (MSM using her). If Mehgan McCain's remarks had been most other pro-GOP stuff we never would have heard about it. Who cares about her?)

How are they 'using her'? The daughter of a prominent political figure is speaking out against people of her father's party. That's news, period.

Bill O, and Laura are both served best when ignored.

bill o is better than the rest of those yahoo's

A lot of the time Bill O annoys me more than the others, because he is the human personification of the bullshit that is Fox News. Hannity, Ingraham, whoever else all at least admit they are hyper partisans. Our good friend Bill tries to paint himself as a middle of the road guy in the same way that Fox tries to pretend it's a middle of the road network.

If the DNC chair ever cowers to them and they have 30 millions listeners parroting them word for word, sure you could.

This is actually a relevant point.

Hah (ala Chris Matthews), that would require that Olbermann and/or Maddow actually criticize the DNC first. (Or maybe the DNC chair criticize them first as Steele did to start it with Rush)

The same news when Bristol broke up with her boyfriend! Or the same news when Newsweek published Sarah Palin's youngest son was not hers but her daughters! It's news alright! Should I put a period on that?
