The Sacramento Kings suck lately.

Seems like I keep watching them lose, over and over again lately. Have they deteriorated to total junk, or is the coach the problem? It's getting disappoint to watch them lately. :|

I get a chance to watch a lot of Kings game, and they are just downright boring to watch. It's so unfortunate given what they were a few years back. They don't have an identity and everybody on the team just looks a step slow if you ask me. It's like they are trying to outrun a treadmill or something.

We need to get Adelman back. At least with him we got to the playoffs. With this idiot coach we're not even secured in getting there. Way to go Maloof brothers.

I'm a Knick fan, talk to me when your Kings miss the playoffs for a few straight years.
My knicks had a chance this year, sadly injuries to crucial players like Crawford and David Lee cost them another trip to the playoffs

Brad Miller, your one true center, has been hurt all day.
Your two power forwards have spent more time banging against each other than against their opponents.
Your three best players (Artest, Bibby, and Martin) all need the ball to dominate.

I believe Bibby can become a FA at the end of the season; for the Kings' sake, he should opt out. Next season's free agent class looks to be pretty strong (Billups, Carter, Lewis are the headliners).

Hah! Try being a Warrior fan for true pain. Over a decade without a sniff of the playoffs, and some truly bad teams to boot.

Well, losers....again! If those friggin Kings wouldn't have played like queens for the first 3 quarters, they might have had a shot. They played decent in the 4th, but it just wasn't enough. I'm always in a bad mood after they lose.

I even bought beer, chips and salsa, but I had no appetite for it. I would have broken the goodies out at the half, but by then, I was disgusted...again!

exactly, last time we went was in 1994. since then, right now is the closest we've been to getting a playoff spot. there was no late run at all. We were already out of playoff contention by march.

As for the Kings its just a rebuilding time. they've been to the playoffs for seven straight seasons. however they've made poor front office decisions the last few seasons. They got crap for Webber. After trading for bonzi wells, who did pretty good. definitely and upgrade from bobby jackson, they let him go. they have a top 10 pick this year. So they have to make good on it and pick up a quality big man. The forwards get pushed around way to easily, Miller isn't getting any younger either.

I have been a Kings fan since early '90s when they sucked really bad. Still, this year has been painful since we had a winning tradition past 9 years. Our problems are too numerous but here are some:

-the team has no identity. When Adelman was here, we had Princeton offense with exceptional passers in Christie, Divac, and Webber and shooters in Peja and Bibby. Believe it or not, during those golden years, Kings led the league in opponent shooting % and were top 3 in rebounds.

-Miller is soft. He is not a true center; lacks post moves and presence in the middle.

-the team does not play inspired ball; offense sucks and defense is worse. No chemistry.

-coach is inexperienced.

-Artest, although gifted, is a disruption to the team. He will be gone this summer.

-the team's depth sucks. We don't have Bobby Jackson anymore.

They should have tried for the championship with Webber's last leg instead of trading for three scrubs.
