How is 450W equivalent to 5.5hp? 5.5hp would be 4100W.

The equivalent to a 5.5hp lawnmower, I would guess, not a straight conversion.

They must have left off a zero. There's no WAY a 150W electric motor is going to push a lawn mower blade.

These things are generally pretty terrible (aside from being insanely expensive). They do a terrible job cutting, are difficult to setup (you have to run wire all around the perimeter of your lawn, flower beds, etc..), and are prone to running out of power very quickly.
