Fishies!

I love fishing, and have no problem touching them, but I refuse to eat those stinky creatures.

just kidding :p I love to fish too. Went a couple of times over the last week, though only for a couple hours at a time. All I have to show for it are two catfish and a gar. I'll post the pictures in a minute.

I'm the only one in my family that doesn't like eating it, and I'm also the only one that likes to catch it. So I catch it, and they eat it.

Perch are apparently pretty good, I myself actually don't each all that much of my catches if any. I'm more of a sushi kind of guy. Nice lunker there Pastfinder. It seems N.C. is the place for big ones. I also here Delaware is nice. Get this, my dad went out again this morning, I think he wanted to play with his new Van Staal and a big rockfish on it.

James catches all of the perch and I take them home to my parents. They steam all of it usually and yes, it has a lot of annoying bones, which is why I'm lazy about eating. It is really good though...if only they came boneless.

Fishing isn't always about two guys on a boat. The place they fish at is like a bridge and a lot of families come out there. I go out with them a lot too, but James always casts for me and I just there just reeling crap in :D It's really relaxing.

Actually I'm from SoCal. The stripers were caught in a freshwater lake by my dad. Those are still small compared to some that they've caught before (human size). The second pic is a monster 14lb rainbow trout caught by my friend. And the last one is a halibut caught off the coast of Balboa Beach in south OC. As you can see all these were caught by someone else cause I don't have much luck with fishing but I still enjoy it.
