I'm in the process of building a new PC.
I kinda moved from planing part to buying part, even that I thought I planed everything I still have questions (and my budget changed to down side :()
Buying every part being on a budget is very painful, so I'm asking for help.

What I have right now in current PC that will be transfered to the new one.

WD 74GB SATA 10K Raptor will be main HD
WD 400GB SATAII secondary HD
Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS
Sony 2 port FW PCI card
Hauppauge TV Turner PCI Card

What I bought in a last couple of days

SAMSUNG 18X DVD±R DVD Burner With 12X DVD-RAM Write, LightScribe Technology Black SATA Model SH-S183L - from NewEgg $41.99 flat
GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard - from ClubIT $124.47 total - This was very painful to chose as I was set to Asus P5B Deluxe but reviews and money difference made my choice.

Still to buy and please advise.

PSU. I was thinking of buying SeaSonic S12-430 ATX12V 430W. I read very good reviews about this brand of PSUs and I think with my build this is gonna be enough power wise. It was on sale at NewEgg up until today and now its back to it's normal price of $94.99. Is there other cheaper options for good PSU that will suit my needs based on configuration?
VideoCard. I'm thinking to get XFX PVT73GUGD3 GeForce 7600GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16. It's $139.99 at NewEgg, are there other cheaper good choises? I don't need more juice than 7600GT can give me.
Memory. This is the big question. Originally I was thinking of buying 4GB of G.Skill memory but now I can't afford this anymore. I was told that this memory is pretty good: CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 675 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X2048-5400C4PT. Is there other cheaper option for 2GB I need to get that will work fine with my motherboard?
CPU: I'm kinda set on Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Conroe 2.13GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6400. This will run me $222 from NewEgg if I can't find cheaper
OS. I'm thinking of buying Vista Ultimate 64bit ether from NewEgg or ClubIT and it's pretty much the same prices around $199.99
Case. I want to buy simple but elegant and well build black case without front door. I don't really care much about window on the side. It should fit all the components I'm planing to install and not be too big as it will stay on the table. I would like to spend no more than $120 on it or less is possible.

Thank you all in advance.
