i still dont think that the extra money you will spend on ram will justify buying a P4, even at its lowered cost

Can only be good news I suppose. However the new generation P4 will be far more expensive.

Wow, if true those cuts are huge!! Seems like a good deal until you realize you can't upgrade when new socket comes
