U2 Zoo TV tour. "End of the World"
Filmed by some guy in the stands, but still a damn good performance.
The audio is excellent, especially for something filmed in a seat. I have clips from a bootleg CD made at the mixing desk and it sounds even better than the video.

Easily the greatest live group performing today and this was their peak.

So many choices, how do you even rank it? Staging/special effects? Sound quality? Performance/showmanship? Best mix of chems in your system at the time? I could never make a decision like this.

You all should check out Rammstein's live performances. They're notorious for going over the top with crazy shit and pyrotechnics.

Coheed and Cambria puts on such a live show, I can't listen to their earlier studio albums. They have matured as a band, and gotten a whole lot better (and the man behind the drums in the current line-up is amazing, Chris Pennie). Their current tour is a full performance of the second album, with an acoustic set before the show and a third set of a couple different songs at the end of the night. A good two hours of only their material that night, and jesus they are amazing. Second time I've been at that venue north of Detroit (Royal Oak Music Theater), both times for Co&Ca, and I have concluded that venue has an amazing soundstage and terrific equipment. That, or the equipment Coheed brings is simply amazing.

Probably one of my favorite bands to see perform. Note, a few bands I'd love to see perform I've never gotten the chance. Tool, NIN, Led Zeppelin (for obvious reasons), Pink Floyd (again), and a few other bands that either never come close or prices too insane.
Great thing about Co&Ca is they still go to smaller venues, giving a closer more "intimate" show. And they are quite in your face thanks to that.

I don't remember it.... But it was Facking AWESOME!

Supertramp puts on a great show. Not for theatrics, but for musical ability and sound quality. I saw them here in a hockey arena and the sound quality was better than the best recording and HT setup I've ever heard. It was perfect.

Prince has some pretty cool stuff too. Queen...
