I'm generally against any sort of animal abuse, particularly what they do with bulls, but I see potential in this as a nice annual lottery type of system.

It's a pretty big cultural difference between us and Spain as far as bulls and animals in general go. But when you put that aside, the exhilaration and rush of adrenaline you get from fucking around with bulls is unmatched. Just look at their faces after they nearly get gored, giddy with excitement.

The more they run away the easier it is for the bull to connect too, it gives them a more easily achievable attack vector. Running towards them and giving a swift juke will give you a lot better chance at dodging. Most of the boys here look pretty green though, so I won't blame them for not having developed their skills much.

Widen the attack vector of the bull at the last possible opportunity. Maybe not exactly running towards them but you want to NOT run away from them directly, that makes their course corrections much easier.
