He's finally home!!!!! We delivered him from the hospital at about 3pm and he came home to a welcome group of people. There was a banner outside with streamers, and I think Joshua was a little tired, since he slept during the entire time. He did stay awake for his 7pm feeding and we had trouble getting him to sleep, even after a big feeding.

congrats to you. the wife and i are expecting our first in early december. what's the reason a baby is born pre-mature? i really need to read up on this stuff.

Congrats! Good luck with the NICU. It is trying. My son was born 8 weeks premature (4lbs 11oz) but only spent 3 weeks in the NICU. There were babies much much much smaller in there and had been there much much much longer.
