The proper use of a seatbelt to prevent accidents!

The National Highway Safety Council has done extensive testing on a newly designed seat belt.

Results show that accidents can be reduced by as much as 45%, when the belt is properly installed.

Correct installation is illustrated here.

Heh...it's funny cause it's true. I can't tell you how many accidents I almost got into as a teenager because of my own mother in the passenger seat.

My wife has been better but she's almost caused a couple as well. Of course, she's also helped me from getting into a couple as well. 😀

Although the new design is obviously superior to the old, the new design has a flaw. There are more things the passenger can do with his/her mouth than bitch, nag, and whine during a stressful drive home.

The old design had a tendency to cause sudden lane changes, weaving, and other unpredictable results. 😛
