I had problems awhile back with world of warcraft crashing....i RMAed the ram totally and go fresh sticks...I did this because i put in generic ram (two 256 chips of different makes) but I did not run it in dual channel because it wouldnt work obviously but it ran stable in NON dual channel....so i sent back my Corsair Ram (see below) and i got it back today...i tried to run it in dual channel and i got the same old problems...this is fresh ram now...and this is still happening>? is it a compatibility issue>? or are the timings too aggresive for dual channel? the ram is rated at 2 2 2 5 and it is FRESH ram...its not just world of warcraft either...driving me insane here.

Try bumping up the memory voltage a bit to 2.7 or 2.8V.

sounds like the problem i was having with my gigabyte nf3 board + corsair valuselect ram.

ended up just clocking it to 333 mhz, works like a top.
