The price of GeForce 3 video cards. WoW !

If the Radeon 2 (even maybe the Kryo 2?) can deliver some power and be out by July-August at a ~$300-400 range then I will seriously be looking into one of those. Of course it's entirely possible that the Geforce3 will be at $300-400 by that time, so time will tell.

I think that the best deal right now is on Geforce 2 ultra's. They are dropping quickly in price. We should be able to get these OEM for $275 pretty soon. They are $329 on pricewatch.. I'm sure here on the "forsale/trade" forum they are much less. I'm considering getting one then when the Geforce 3 drops in price dump the Ultra on e b@y

I'd say the GeForce2 Pro would be a better deal then the Ultra's their not that much slower overall, and barely more expensive then the GTS.
I've seen GF2 Pro's advertised for around $200

How lame.. what an insane pricetag on that! As if 300$ wasnt enough for newer cards.. double that! I think Ill wait a while for the ultra to hit around 200$ .. in mid summer.
