Look, its pretty simple. WE DEFAULT TO FEMALE. Unless proteins which cause male traits to develop are expressed during the right time of development then the fetus is female. There is variability in this expression meaning there is variability in gender qualities. Sometimes the expression doesn't happen at all or its very limited and then you have an extreme case. I would normally agree, but unfortunately we're in a pretty prudish society and anything sexual even tangentially connected with being around kids is not gonna go over well. Also there's a lot of people that have OF that explicitly use their normal job as part of the appeal, coupled with her past, I could see it presenting a lot of issues.

The other thing is, once its known, there's almost no way you're gonna keep the kids from finding out about it. If they're young, that means parents are gonna have some awkward conversations, which parents hate.

Big employers typically have some sort of morality clause or basically if you are known to work here and you do something that reflects badly you may be terminated.
