You've taken Japanese for 5 years and yet you refer it to "Jap"? My teacher gave me an earful the last time I shortened Japanese to "Jap" in order to save time 🙁

First semester of first year is 1, second semester of first year is 2 and so on...
I never say "Jap", I only type it sometimes. Changed just for you. 😛
