the post office in taiwan

My girlfriend just called. She's trying to send me a package from Taiwan, and she's afraid it might break in the mail. She packed it in foam peanuts and double boxed it, then she wrote "fragile" on the outside.

The post office won't take the package... you know, 'cause it's fragile!!

...and I thought the US Postal Service had some dumb rules.

update? what did she send you?

my dad got me 2 bottles of 58% liquor made with (wheat and some sort of wild corn). 2 large packages of sun-cake (1 month shelf life). 6 bags of honey pressed squid.

I try to sneak thru with 2 bags of dried pork last year and was caught (by some sort of scanning machine and the chinese word that says made with pork). My dad had no problem bringing in 4 bags because they are made to look like cookies and there are no english or chinese word that says "pork".
