Haha! Coffee kinda has that effect on me as well, but that's one of the reasons I hardly ever drink it.

I go about once a day, I think. You're supposed to go every day. I heard this infomercial on radio the other night, with this guy selling "all natural" pills you take and it helps you go more regularly. I thought it was funny when he was talking about 1 to 2 foot eliminations being a great thing. Like when you have such a good elimination that you gotta call someone in there to check it out! 😀
