you won't be hearing much from Al for the next year...mark my words. and Al won't be speaking out much about anything, including Rush Limbaugh.

why?
well Al is headed to court for battery , where a civil tort attorney will try to extract every pound of flesh possible from Al's hide. He will advise Al not to speak out on public issues for fear of p!ssing off potential jurors, he will tell Al to lay low and not give interviews about anything, because if he does, he will be asked about this case..

Al will be going into hiding

this is gonna cost him big time.

if you don't believe me, well you just haven't had the pleasure of dealing with trial lawyers.

Al is going to pay alot of money to this guy...alot.

Don't attribute things to me that i have not said. actually, no i don't wish him to be sued...but he will be. what i want is the tort lawyers to be muzzled.

i've "dealt" with "personal injury lawyers" and in my experience, they try to optimize their own fees, while minimizing their own exposure to a legal malpractice claim. this generally involves dragging out the legal niceties as long as possible to maximize their fees, then proposing a "settlement" at the last minute to avoid the potential of the defendant filing a legal malpractice case against the lawyer. The lawyers are in cahoots to squeeze as much money out of Franken as inhumanly possible.

i don't wish anyone to be sued by a tort lawyer..i have, and it's a big game of "legal" extortion that the attornies are involved in. it's as bad as being told you have a cancer.

Ah, Heart, HorseBarf. You'll hear from Al Franken.

Heart, doesn't it scare you to live in a world that's threatening?
