The boy said his troubles began Monday when a girl at MacDowell, 1706 W. Highland Ave., accused him of touching her inappropriately.
Police eventually took the boy to juvenile detention at the Children's Court Center, where he was admitted at 9:29 p.m., said Jeff Aikin, a spokesman for the Milwaukee County Human Services Department.
The boy and his parents are not being named because of his age.
Um.., anyone else notice this trend in media broadcasting? The law will not allow the release of such information, but they'll give you as much detail as you want to find the name of the suspect. I think it violates some civil right somewhere, where I just don't know.
