Thanks, will get a lawyer anyway due to the DUI of the other party. I really don't want this to happen to someone else. Also, my other car 10 years ago was hit while parked, my insurance paid and went after the other party but that agent was mad and did not decrease my rates. My rate decrease $30 a month after I changed agents. So filing your insurance when it is not your fault is not a good idea from my experience. Lawyers who suggest this want to run up cost no matter what or are giving bad advice. The other party's insurance is suppose to pay.
hmm, you didn't happen to get rear ended by a firebird on tuesday did you? (me)
IT WAS YOU????? Just kidding, Mine involved a DUI (not me), so I am glad that it wasn't you.
