Recently been trying to learn to handstand and do the planche. Not for any particular reason, just a couple of skills i'd like to learn, also i saw this video and was just in awe of the guys strength!
I'm having some trouble with the planche though. Looking at this page, i can do the 1st step, the "frog stand" but i can't move on to the "tuck planche" any of u lot have any tips or anything with this? I'm wondering whether my weight and size is a limiting factor in this, i'm 6'1, 100KG (~220lbs) and have trouble keeping my knees pressed to my chest because of the size of my legs, but i dunno, maybe i'm doing something wrong or just need to practice more.
Any tips will be appreciated.
