The system has been pitched as a broadband gaming revolution by Infinium Labs. Claiming a title list thousands strong, the console is a Windows PC with a 2-3Ghz processor, 256-MB DDR RAM, and a 100+ Gigabyte hard drive. It differs from a PC in that it doesn't have a CD-rom drive (titles are downloaded and previewed via an ethernet jack). It has S-video, RCA, and component video ports, as well as built in wireless controller connectivity.

How much fun would it be downloading Unreal Tournament 2k3, all 2 needed discs of it. Only ~1200MB, won't take too long, even with ethernet connection

If you read the article it just looks like the latest in a string of investment scams by that individual. A hoax would imply it is for fun.
 
The name of the console makes a lot of sense after reading that article...
