The PFI forum is worthless now - get rid of it?

It seems now that most of the threads in Personal Forum Issues just get locked and get referred to moderator discussions.

Why not just close down PFI? Have the link forward to the mod discussion forum if that's necessary. Seems like a waste of effort and time for both regular users and mods if "personal" forum issues shouldn't be viewed/discussed by everyone, anyway.

It's there for issues that users (and moderators) think should be viewed by everyone. Moderator Discussions threads are only viewable by the moderators and the user that started it.

There is less of a use for PFI, but in my opinion there is still a use for it. Maybe a renaming of it would be in order?
