I try to surround myself with positive people. Even in my family I try to instill a positive atmosphere (I have to admit I've been really lucky with a generally reasonable family).

I usually stop all contact with negative/hateful people that enter my life. This has allowed me to not really hate anyone.

Right off the top of my head, I can't think of anyone I hate. There a small few that I feel the world would be better off without, but those decisions are above my pay grade, so I don't worry about it.
