As far as supporting allies goes, you'll eat those words when we pull out of NATO, and Russian tanks are parked on your street corner ala "Red Dawn". Because NO ONE will be coming to help, and Canada (and Mexico) will show you what a REAL secure border looks like.

America never stopped being "great", only MAGAts and Russian operatives, (usually the same thing) buy into that tripe.

My wife actually liked Vance a LOT more than Trump. I guess there is a chance he might end up as President, if something happens to Trump, or in 4 years.

We are sick of people talking about things they know nothing about.
 
I completely overestimated the humanity in our country and that good people would prevail. I thought he was going to get completely destroyed and it would be a landslide.

Well I was totally wrong and on the complete opposite side of that.

It actually makes me more sad than anything. The fact that 70 million+ people would rather have a convicted felon rapist racist narcissist that literally has zero plans of what he is going to do besides get revenge instead of the person who is not any of that just makes me sad and disappointed with my fellow countrymen.

It also scares me as a father who has a son that may be gay and/or trans. I am scared for his future if that is the case.

The positive I get from this is that I now know where I live is full of these good people who would have no problem with him regardless.

Was it when Vance told bald-faced lies, was confronted with those lies, admitted they were lies but that the lies told people what they needed to hear about what's really happening in this country, all on national television? Or was it something else about Vance that really attracted your wife?

Won't matter, they will vote for it anyway, no matter how bad it is. He gives them someone to hate, and that is all people really want. Fuck fixing it. It is much easier to just blame someone else. We as a nation prefer the easy way out.
