As a child, I always liked Oscar The Grouch. He had a "I'm doing my own thing and fck you if you don't like it!" personality. I didn't care for his personal hygeine, though. Oh well; nobody's perfect.
I also liked the Don Rickles before he got old, Don Rickles. He was one abrasive, insulting, talk about your Mom, comedian.
I was thinking: We fawn over puppets like Triumph The Insult Comic Dog. Right? Right. It's so freaky to see this "thing" that's not human, exibiting human qualities and just going to town all over everyone! 😀
Let's get Oscar the Grouch, with a personality of a younger, angry, Don Rickles to host The Tonight Show. 😀 That would be...so cool...it would be cooler than any cool thing that has ever been cool before.

I realize that 75% of the members of Anandtech have a faint idea who/what Oscar The Grouch is, and absolutely NO idea who Don Rickles is. I'm throwing this bright idea on the table for a talkative Friday night.
