What's the percentage of samsung RIMMs that can hit PC1066 spec?
What's the percentage of Mushkin RIMMs that can hit PC1066 spec?
Which RIMM should I get to hit PC1066 spec?

Its luck of the draw man, no one really knows for sure. Most of the i850 machines that hit 133mhz with the RDRAM multiplier set to 4x use Samsung memory. Muskin(like Corsair)uses Samsung chips so Muskin, Corsair and Samsung would probably give you a better chance at hitting 533 QDR or PC1066.
