I remember playing that game a lot and not getting terribly far. I still have the original box, but have had no way to play it.

that's cool, and I remember playing text adventures as a kid, but man..i barely had the patience then, let alone now lol.

oh, man. That takes me back to the 80's - I had this game for my C64 and could never finish it.

Yeah it definitely takes some patience to play. Having to guess which adjectives to use to complete tasks can be a mind numbing experience.
