The path?

You can DL the demo on Steam. From what I've read the demo is basically the full game but I could be wrong on that.

It is different and kinda neat in a way. You mainly go around collecting the flowers and finding people and stuff in the woods. You don't follow the path to grandmas house cause if you do, it is a surprise.
 
The demo is the gameplay of the full game (more or less), but the gameplay sucks and it's not what the game is really about.

It's basically a fetch quest in order to see some interesting story bits (somewhat interpretive) and figure out what happened to each girl. It's a story about a loss of innocence, but it's intentionally vague. It's basically little red riding hood.
