The Paradox that is OfficeMAX

So I take a trip to OfficeMAX just to get out of the house. I see a big table full of crap they are getting rid of. One thing that catches my eye is a Microsoft wireless router and two notebook wireless cards. The Router was clearanced priced for $30 and the cards were $5. Granted it's b and only 10 megabits I still think it's a pretty good deal.

Next to it on the table is a 52x CD-ROM drive selling for $89 and that was marked down from $159.

They also had 8x DVD+_RW burners for $30 after rebates. :Q

muahahahahaha, i was at my salvage store and they had an internal LG cd/rw drive marked down to $700 from $999, a %30 disount as they said.

I just recycle the flyer immediately.

If I rush down there they either don't know what I'm talking about or they are sold out. Jeebus, it's 10 o'clock in the morning and they just opened and they are sold out?

I hate retail OM for sales. I <3 phone OM though. Takes less than ten minutes, I surf AT while I'm ordering and it gets delivered to me.
