I am extremely interested in what people think of this little beauty, do not be tentative to post you praises/flames here...

Get a pocket pc. Its tiny though, pretty much the only thing going for it.

Screen is rather disappointing, it's hard to view indoors. They should have gone with the old style LCD like the visor prism

The problem is that I refuse to own a pocket pc. I hate the things. THis is of course a sweeping generality, but the interfaces are bad, primarily because i believe winCE is a piece. Have you ever seen a pocketPC crash? I have. And a palm? Not here...

My palm crashed far more often than my ppc has. If you want a tiny palm, go with the m105, or the IIIC if you need color. m505 is a waste of money.

the 105 is bigger than the 505 and the IIIc is huge, I am just not so quick to brush a proven prduct from a proven company, compared to the young pocketpc

I've used palms for years before moving onto ppc. ppc was out a long time, and I kept switching back and forth, but honestly, ppc has finally evolved to the point where I wont go back.

They do crash, my last one crashed like twice within two weeks. Of course, that could also be due the accident I recently had where the palm got ejected from my car. . .

It did crash before the accident, but it is extremely rare. Don't want you to buy a palm thinking it will never crash 😉

My finace's M100 got a fatal exception error a week or two ago. I know if it was a color screen it would have been blue w/ white text too! I was like, WTF? Meanwhile, I've never seen my friend's iPaq crash.
