My friend is free so me and him are going to go running 5-6x a week. I did this 2 years with him and I was knackered but got pretty good at the running. We would go running cross country and through some forests and some hilly parts near a golf course and some road. The running is a killer. I got ripped on it though.
I'll take some before and after to see what differences I get in the running.
Currently my schedule is like so:
Mon: Olympic Lifting
Tues: conditioning or Tennis
Wed: Olympic Lifting
Thur: conditioning or Tennis
Fri: free or do something
Sat: Olympic Lifting
Sun: Gymnastics
Now I'm going to go running 5-6x a week. I don't mind running once I get going but getting out of bed I am not good at. Hell I got out of bed at 3:50pm on a Sunday
