It's a video of two guys who start laughing on a news station, but none of it's in english, and none of it is funny. I think you'd get a better laugh if one of them burped or farted, but no, nohting.
 
A fly landed on one of the guy's face when he was about to talk and that blasted a painful laugh. Those two guys try to hold it by making weird faces...
