The owner of the cleveland indians and John Hart are the dumbest people in the world

I just heard on TV that they traded Steve Karsay and Steve Reed for John Rocker. I see a few porblems with this. One clevelands starters suck, so they need good ones, which rocker is not. Two since the starters suck, don't trade away your guy best guys from the bullpen. I swear somebody needs to smack Hart upside the head. He has made so many stupid moves in his carrer for the Indians I can't believe he still has a job.

As of this moment, the Cleveland game is not over. They will announce who they traded for Rocker after it is. They can't really afford to give up two relievers..... We'll see.

I was watching the Atlanta game and they said Cleveland hadn't announced it yet...... oh well. I'm trying to figure who I can pick up for my fantasy team.... Ligtenberg, Remlinger, what?

Good deal for Atlanta(I hope). Not only do they get rid of a PR nightmare, but they get two pretty good middle relievers for him too.

Hart and Cleveland fans in general aren't the smartest bears in the woods. I've said for 5 years that until they get pitching they won't win it all. Alas, every year they make a trade for some hitting and all these idiots think they're on their way to the World Series. I also hate living here and hearing about "The greatest fans in the world!" Up until '94 they only averaged 4k per game. Just a bunch of band waggoners. They think Hart is god, unfortunately, the team is getting older, and now that Hart is leaving after this year they will start sucking anyways, so everyone will tell me they suck because Hart left. Oh well.

Pretty good deal, it's an awesome freaking deal for Atalanta. I know Rocker is a pretty good save man, but as you mentioned he is a PR nightmare. Not to mention the fact that Atlanta will be getting a very good long reliever, not to mention Reed who is a good goto guy to get somebody out, plus he can give you a couple innings when needed.

What, just because I am an indians fan doesn't make me stupid. I know they need pitching which is why I don't liek this trade. Also I never in my life thought Hart was a God, I think he has been the downfall of the indians. he has made too many stupid trades, not to mention just not getting good starters. I think when he is gone we will have a decent team.

wasn't rocker sent back to the minors for a few outings last year? he got better since then?

Yeah after his verbal problem he was sent to the Minors, I am not saying he is a bad player, he actually has the potential to be a damn good closer, but to trade 2 very good players for one good(but could be better)player that is a loudmouth kid, is insane.
