I can only characterize this person as utterly demented. So far beyond the realms of "normal behavior" that it defies comprehension.

TEN-YEAR-OLD Jamie Rose Bolin was a freckle-faced, red-haired giggly girl who loved pillow fights, puppies, Barbie dolls and playing with the pet rat of her neighbour, Kevin Underwood.

And even though she didn't know Underwood all that well, she trusted him enough to use his apartment phone to order pizza.
That misplaced trust could have caused Jamie her life.
On Friday, police found Jamie's body in a plastic storage tub in the bedroom closet of Underwood's apartment in Purcell, Oklahoma.
And the authorities believe that she was a victim of Underwood's twisted plan to kidnap, rape and torture her before eating her remains.
Investigators searched the 26-year-old grocery store stocker's apartment after he aroused their suspicions at a police checkpoint.
According to a police affidavit, he confessed that he killed Jamie, telling FBI agents: 'Go ahead and arrest me. She is in there. I chopped her up.'
Jamie's naked body was inside the tub, along with a towel used to soak up blood.
Officials say that she was suffocated and beaten to death. There were also saw marks on her neck, suggesting attempts to cut off her head.
'This appears to have been part of a plan to kidnap a person, rape them, torture them, kill them, cut off their head, drain the body of blood, rape the corpse, eat the corpse then dispose of the organs and bones,' said Purcell police chief David Tompkins.
Investigators also found a decorative dagger they believe Underwood used to try to decapitate Jamie, a hacksaw, a meat tenderiser and barbecue skewers that he planned to use on the body, district attorney Tim Kuykendall said.
Investigators said that Underwood, who lived alone in an apartment downstairs from his victim, and Jamie were acquainted, as neighbours had seen the girl playing with his pet rat before.
The night before her death, she had planned to use a pay phone in the apartment building to order pizza, according to Mr Kuykendall.
Underwood had offered his phone, but Jamie initially refused his offer, saying that she would get into trouble if her parents found out she had entered a stranger's home.
However, she apparently did use his phone to place the order, and is believed to have gone into his apartment voluntarily the next day, said Mr Kuykendall.
Police believe Underwood hit Jamie on the head with a wooden cutting board 'three to four times' before he suffocated her using duct tape and covered her mouth with his hand.
Mr Kuykendall also told CNN that he believed Jamie was molested after she died.
Her clothes had been removed and placed with her inside the tub, he said.
It was also revealed that Underwood had talked about his fascination with eating human flesh in his online diary, where he wrote 'If you were a cannibal, what would you wear to dinner? The skin of last night's main course'.
DEPRESSION WORSENING
In September 2004, he also wrote that his depression was getting worse after going off his medication.
'For example, my fantasies are just getting weirder and weirder. Dangerously weird,' he wrote.
'If people knew the kinds of things I think about anymore, I'd probably be locked away. No probably about it, I know I would be.'
Underwood is to be charged with first-degree murder today.
