The only game I am looking forward to...

... is Fallout 3.

After gaming on PCs since 1989 I am tired of it.

At this point there are no games installed on my PC. It seems strange to not have a game to play but I just don't want to anymore.

There is one exception though and that is Fallout3. I have played the first two maybe 50 times.

The only PC games I'm looking forward to at the moment are Spore and Starcraft 2.

It seems like Bethesda might butcher Fallout 3, but it may still be a decent game after all the maiming.

The third one is not being made by Black Isle Studios / Interplay (the people who made the first two). It is being made by an entirely different development team, the same company that made Oblivion. It is also using the same engine as Oblivion. I hope you love games like Oblivion, otherwise Fallout 3 might disappoint (if it turns out to be like Oblivion like some people are speculating).

One of the main guys who made fallout 1 and 2 described the "transaction" this way:
?our ex-wife had sold our children that she had legal custody of?.

This is the (beta) tech demo of Fallout 3, code named Van Buren before Interplay downsized its developers.

Yeah I know all about that. I'm not concerned.

Stalker: Clear Sky

I know I will love Empire: Total War like sweet sweet heroine, but I'm still in love with Stalker.

The Force Unleashed

Too bad I don't have a console and there's no news of it coming out for the PC. :(

Fallout 3, Spore, Clear Sky, Borderlands and, of course, Left 4 Dead. Lots of awesomesauce on the horizon.

Ah, forgot about that one. I've been watching it, too.

Hmm....maybe "Alone in the Dark" can squeeze in there too.

Starcraft 2. Modern remakes of X-Wing and X-Com would be welcome, too, but I doubt it'll happen.

Fallout 3 will play nothing like Fallout 1-2. The developers of FO3 have already stated they are making a Oblivion style game with a Fallout theme. If you didn't like Oblivion chances are you won't like FO3.

Someone already said this (in this thread). I already stated I wasn't concerned.

Starcraft 2
Spore
Fallout 3

Those are the games I'm waiting for. I was hyped for warhammer but...not so interested anymore.

Not sure why i should be excited about Spore...imo it's going for too much and will end up a mess of attempted ideas, void of much fun...

To Pale Rider: I played the original a couple of times, great game. Fallout 2 I never did complete, maybe I should try again though? Also, there's an action based fallout game, fallout tactics, which seemed okay, though it lacks any story iirc
