Some baseline data for all interested in o/c'ing their TB:

CPU Clock Speed
Athlon XP 2800+ (B) 2.25GHz - ? - ?
Athlon XP 2700+ (B) 2.17GHz - ? - ?
Athlon XP 2600+ (B) 2.13GHz - 1.65V - 68.3W
Athlon XP 2400+ (B) 2.00GHz - 1.65V - 61.3W
Athlon XP 2200+ (A) 1.80GHz - 1.65V - 67.9W
Athlon XP 2100+ (A) 1.73GHz - 1.60V - 62.1W
Athlon XP 2000+ (A) 1.67GHz - 1.60V - 60.3W

Athlon XP 1800+ (A) 1.53GHz - 1.50V - 51.0W
Athlon XP 1700+ (A) 1.47GHz - 1.50V - 49.4W

Anyone who can help with the gaps please do. Everyone post your max TB o/c results!!! With voltage, temps and cooling solution please.
If possible add you highest stable non-overvolted as well.

Editing as I go but presently 1800+ AIUGA 02/41 is stable - 1.92 GHz @ 1.60V (still working on it). Temps running ~38C w/ SLK-800 and 50 CFM fan. Highest at default (1.5V) was 1.8 GHz.

Athlon XP 1700+ Throughbred AIUGA 0245

Max overclock = 12.5x168 = 2100mhz @ 1.9vcore stable but too high temps over 50c idle
Currently at = 12x166 = 2000mhz @ 1.725vcore stable stressed tested idle 42c, load 48c.

All on thermalright slk-800 with tornado.

I don't have a T-Bred CPU... but if you'd like to donate one so I may test it, I'm more than willing to accept =)

i think the 1700tbreds come unlocked. mine did. i had to paint some bridges to get the volts back to 1.850 max though.

edit: my 1700tbred was running at 11x166@1.825v prime stable. using ax-7 and enermax adjustable. 40-41idle/46-47 load.
now i'm running an xp2200 12x168@1.75v prime stable. same cooling, 40 idle/45 load.

I wanted to know if the Tbreds with 333MHz FSB have unlocked multipliers, or will that work only with the KT400 chipset. I have the Soyo KT333 based board and I hope I can pop one of those in and change the multiplier so that it can operate faster.

unlocked 1900+ oc'd to 1750mhz 1.775v (12.5x140)
idle temps system 22c cpu 38c
load temps system 24c cpu 46c

Thermalright ax-7 w/ YS-Tech 48.5cfm
2 120mm 108cfm sunon case fans

still dont know why i cant run prime95 for more than 2 hours at 12.5x141 even after upping vcore to 1.8v

pretty sick

It's a novelty and nice to see it scale that high at all, but useless since he needed LN2 and his ram@3v to do it . Also, was it stable? I doubt it, why no Sandra or other benchies if it was? Besides they are scaling very nicely on air and turning in some killer SETI times so that's reason enough to get one alone 😉 BTW, that thread turned into the rhetorical AMD vs Intel flamefest quickly eh?

I just checked out the link to that... wow... those people over there are ignorant... AMD isn't coming out with any new technology? LOL... What do you called the Hammer? Set to be released at the start of Q2 of next year. So I'd expect it out by June or July since there's always delays. Where's Intel's new CPU?????

**EDIT**
I'd sign up on those boards and set em straight, but it's not worth the time to sign up for a username.
