The Official Therapeutic Catharsis Thread

Once I had a knot in my shoe, and it would not come loose. I cried and cried and pried and pried but it would NOT come loose. I got so mad, I hit the door, and stubbed my little toe. OOOHHH. If only I had shown a little bit of self control...

...and isn't it spelled katharsis?

Cheers ! 🙂

It can be, but it's usually not.

Yeah, I was confused there. sitting here thinking, catharsis...catharsis..

carry on, interesting idea. Hey, it worked for the Greeks...

Cheers ! 🙂

If you axe me--and you didn't--spelling Greek words with a K instead of a C is a weak-ass attempt to get closer to Greek. Only the Greeks didn't use the Roman alphabet, so why does it matter? It's still pronounced the same way.

Therefore, it's Achilles and catharsis.

Nearly one year to the day I accidentally ripped my big toenail off, I just ripped off my right middle fingernail while putting laundry in the washing machine.

I shouldn't walk around unless I'm wrapped in gauze.

(that wasn't very therapeutic, but I guess I feel better for whining)

<< catharsis ???
