no reason you cant stand it on its side, the PS2 and PS3 were all shown standing vertical and nearly everyone runs them on their side

Not a huge fan of either design but never bought a console based on hardware looks. That controller looks odd to me though.

All I wanted was for them to not make another hideously domed console that I can't stack things on. They finally get it... after several revisions of the PS3 keeping that stupid fucking rounded top they finally got it.
