Last of Us coming to PS4 this Summer according to Sercan Sulun(software market manager in the Playstation Eurasian region). PSN and Physical disk versions will be available. With enhanced graphics but I dunno what that means at all. Comes with the DLC as well.

If this is legit I might buy it even though I already finished it twice to have it in my collection since I no longer own a PS3. Plus I never got to play the DLC.

If true, it's good I held out then.

I remember Eric? from Naughty Dog commenting that they wanted their 2 dev teams to focus on new content, so if The Last of Us is coming to PS4 (seems like a semi-reliable rumor) then it would likely be ported by a 3rd party.

I wonder who got the job...

not excited at all about "hd" remakes of old games. just put out a new last of us instead of porting old shit. i can't believe how few "next gen" titles we have for these new consoles at this point. well i can because that is always how console launches go, but it sucks that the only thing to get excited about are last gen games.

I bought TLOU in Nov after renting it. I haven't had a chance to play it yet and have been waiting to play it on my projector + surround sound in my new place. But, we're still putting the stupid kitchen in.

They delivered 2 damaged pieces and "replaced" them yesterday. And what do you know, one of those two pieces damaged. Huge waste of time.

I wonder how upgraded it would look. I'm sure in the future we will get a new one on ps4 despite it being a new story. They are also making a movie close to the story of the game which obviously I think the game story will be better anyway.

the sound in TLoU is insane. one of the best sounding games i've ever played if not the best. tomb raider also has really good sound.

You can be sure there's another one in the making. Releasing a port for those that didn't play the 1st one will get them excited for sequels. I haven't played it yet so I'm all for it.

Of all the hd remakes, this one makes the most sense. A lot of gamers jumped from the 360 to the ps4, so there will be a market for people that heard great things but never played it. In a time where Sony could use all the money they can get, why not make a chunk of this game?

yup

It really needs to be priced right too. If they rereleased the game at full price I certainly wouldn't bother until it came down. $40 at the most IMO

Yea it should definately be priced lower. Otherwise it would be only those that didn't play it on ps3 buying it and of course collectors. $40 sounds about right.

Yep, I am in at that price. Definitely one I have been wanting to play.

i'm not sure why you would expect it to be cheaper than $60, it's a full retail game and it will probably include the dlc. tomb raider just came out a couple months after the 360/ps3 one and it was $60.

I don't expect it to be cheaper, just stating the price I am willing to pay. I imagine it will be full price, which up here is $69.99. D:

So, I just got a beta invite for that PS Now service. Anyone have experience with it? I haven't really been paying attention to it.

btw, I'm on a PS3, not a PS4.
