Suprised I haven't seen one up yet so I guess I'll start. Mine are fairly typical...The first one is to lose the 15-20 lbs I've gained over the last several years (want to nip this weight thing in the bud) and start getting more serious in my workouts again. The second one is to stop being such a homebody and start going out again more often
