it's too bad Syracuse can't go west and defend it's Big 12 title from last year ;)

Big win against Pitt yesterday. Watch out for the 'Cuse! Defending National Champs! No one else can say that :)

yeah that is too bad.
b/c OSU would finish the job this year & not tank in the second half with a 25 point lead or whatever...

Atlantic Coast Conference
It looks like the ACC could have a lot of teams in this year. ACC teams that look like a lock are: Duke, N.C. State, Wake Forest (bleech), UNC, and Georgia Tech. FSU? Depends on what they do in the ACC tournament. I'm not an ACC fan but I am stuck working here. Funny thing about the ACC, there is no conference spirit. If the team you root for fails, it is very unlikely you will root for another ACC team. In fact you'll probably root against them.

What say you, the other conferences? Is your team the one who'll be cutting the nets down in the end?

Actually I think on the whole thats not true. I mean there are ACC fans that don't like other specific ACC teams,
Duke being a big one, but on the whole they will root for other ACC teams. Thats why when it comes to the
ACC tournment, Maryland, Georgia Tech, FSU hate playing in Greensboro, NC all the time. Because they say
its like a home game for any NC team. Alot of NC fans will cheer for their team and then when their team is eliminated
will root for another NC team. And thats games inside the conference.

My team is Wake Forest, and while I usually don't root for Duke or UNC, I will root for NC State, Maryland, FSU,
Georgia Tech, Virginia or Clemson when they play. And it depends on who UNC and Duke are playing on if I root
for them. If its was Duke vs Stanford in the NCAA finals, I'll be rooting for Duke.

St. Joe's u suckas! Perfect season after Tuesday night, Philly in ya area!

BTW an ACC fanboy bet me $50 that any team of the ACC would make it farther than the Hawks! All I gotta say is Cha-Ching!

(my school, #2) Marshall lost badly to Western Michigan last night. Oh well, it's a "new coach, gotta a whole hell of a lot of restructuring to do" kinda year.

(my school #1) UK. Cripes, Levi Stukes of Georgia made a three point jumper to bring it within 1 (49-48) with 9:30 left in second half. What is it with them this year?

And Duke won of course. And since I'm talking bout ACC. I'd like today's winners to be: NC State, Maryland, Georgia Tech.

UConn Huskies all the way baby! I've hardly even been watching college b-ball this year so I don't even know what they're seeded, but seeing as how my team's a perrenial powerhouse I'm sure they're in the tournament again ;)

NC State, not sure if they can winn the ACC Tournament without Scooter Sherrill, but did not give them much of a chance at Wake either.

Never know which team will show up with them

If they aren't in it, I will root for the rest of the ACC teams
