Stands for "Interfering with Natural Selection" It's a Darwin thing.

We use that when we go help some dumba$$ that got themselves into trouble. Rolling the golf cart over while drunk and hurting back, drag racing accidents, drunks falling out of cabs at strip clubs cutting their heads open, and the list goes on....
