Looking forward to your vote for a man who supports workers rights, healthcare for all, and an America for all Americans
All Americans means rich white people right, those are the only real Americans after all. Pcgeek11 proudly voted for that guy.

If you were more moderate in the way you go about rebutting what you feel is an error, you wouldn't be so open to tempting people come back at you calling you an imbecile. I will just say then, having made that point sufficiently, that it is you who seems not to have read the post I quoted.:

A house divide cannot stand and Trump is still standing.. why?? Unity

So the unity that keeps trump standing is the unity of the Republican party, the kind of unity I described as dangerous.

Ah the good ol red herring because unity, in this instance, could only mean a cult like following and an abandonment of morals and principals and not unity against a common enemy.

I stand by my post.

Let me explain in plain English what plain English means. When somebody asks why Trump is still standing in the face of parties divided, and answers unity, it can only mean that the divisions that exist between those two parties mean nothing if the majority party is united. In simple English and in fact in the real world, Trump has survive impeachment for no other reason than the tribal loyalty uniting the Republican Party. No red herring, no bull shit, you simply didn’t think through what was written. So to be quite frank, you accused me of what you did, didn’t read and then denied it with bull shit.

Bernie is McGovern 2.0. Going to lose in a landslide and give up House and fail to gain the Senate.
Kind of sad, because Democrats are making major inroads in educated and affluent suburbs. Bernie will put a stop to that because he just can't stop wagging his finger and attacking successful people.

People who gloat are worthless swine. I am in great danger of Sanders is our next President. I'm sure you understand it won't be danger from Socialism, but from unmitigated gloating.. Socialism, real socialism that addresses the fact that the wealthy own our democracy, and significant adjustments in income equality are required to save our country. This must be why all the self haters who harbor unconscious death wishes are so terrified of Sanders. Who the fuck who hates himself would like to see this country be a real democracy again. Think of how fucked up everything is right now and how happy that makes us.
You can't restore the country to something it's never been. We've never been a Democracy we're a Republic.

We had 8 years of Obama who pledged to fundamentally transform the nation. You'll get your chance again when the second Trump term is over. Someday you'll get to stand in line for a loaf of bread and while waiting you can reminisce about when Bernie told us all that that was a good thing. Going to the grocery store where there are scores of different types and brands of bread is bad. Standing in line for a loaf of whatever the .gov is handing out that week is good. The longer the wait the better that bread tastes.

Sounds awesome and I am absolutely certain that it's coming our way. Have some patience. Good things come to those that wait.

Everything is going to be just fine. Republicans won't accomplish much of anything and eventually you'll have that Democrat president you're dreaming of. Now, it may get uncomfortable when Republicans start the impeachment process before your savior even takes the oath of office, but hey, that's the way the game is played now. It's just politics!

You can't just divide them into strict lanes. Biden voter 2nd choice has been Bernie. Bernie does good with one-on-one matchups.

Yeah, I agree it isn't clear cut and a lot of the 2nd choices cross lines. I'm #1 Amy, #2 Warren, so I cross the lines as well. I really just hope someone gets a majority, otherwise it is going to be a cluster.

In the future, the DNC needs to go to ranked choice and no caucuses. And delegets should only be allocated in proportion to popular vote, not counties or congressional districts.

Clearly you didn’t bother reading the fucking post you originally responded to if that’s what you meant.

That is exactly what the original post said, that the question of how Trump survived was unity, and what kind of unity was it that allowed him to survive, tribal unity, unity of the worst kind. I have a problem with that kind of unity and will not follow in kind if recommended to me. I will vote on the basis of the reality I see and would vote for Trump if I thought there were actually a worst person in the world the Democrats had managed to find to run against him. And about that I am not remotely worried judging by the current field. It's unity of thinking that leads sheep to slaughter. Everything I do on this forum is intended to help people think for themselves. I try to describe the system I see and believe we are caught up in so that some might see what was previously unseen. If you didn't read what I read who cares? There can be many reasons for that, but when you attack what I see as important to be seen I will defend my point of view. In the mean time, excuse me if I find you insufferably rude and tenaciously arrogant to boot.

Perhaps you would like to give us your interpretation of what he said here rather than suggest others don't know how to read.

Please, we once had a democratic republic instead of an Oligarcical republic in name only and the expression is that 'all things come to those who wait', not just good things.

Here's a story from the Poles told briefly and unadorned, from a people who have known all about lines:

In the bread line Pani Soinsoski turned to the others waiting in line that he was going home to get his gun to shoot the Polish President. A few hours later he was back in line. The people he had told of his intentions were all still there. "What happened?", they asked him. "There was a line."

Meanwhile, I hope you don't mind if I don't put your hysterical thinking and fears at the top of my worry list.

Right!

I'm going to vote for a socialist.
:p
Perhaps some modesty is in order. Perhaps you have no real idea why you fear socialism or what it really is. Perhaps you have been programmed and have irrational beliefs. perhaps you have been conditioned to be your own worst enemy.

Yeah, I’ll break it down into a format you can understand.

Jediyoda- all is lost if Bernie wins the nomination because the democrats won’t support him.

Indus- don’t be stupid. If republicans can unite behind trump then we can be united in supporting whoever can beat trump including Bernie.

Moonbeam- that kind of unity is dangerous and I won’t support it.

Me- what the fuck are you talking about? He isn’t talking about a cult like unity to defeat trump, he is talking about the kind of unity where the world gets together to fight a known evil. There is nothing cultish about it.

Indus- tribalism already exists and it’s incumbent on us to come together to fight it.

Moonbeam- You were mean to me so now I’m going to double down and say that I am against the type of unity that is unifying the republican party behind trump.

Me- That’s not the type of unity he was talking about nor did Indus imply that that was what needs to happen.

Moonbeam- I’m going to explain to you the type of unity that unites the republicans party because I can’t read and thought Indus was asking why the republicans are so united and then explain again why I’m against something no one was arguing for.

Me- You clearly didn’t read or comprehend Indus‘s point if you are sticking with that response.

Moonbeam- I’m going to double down on my reading comprehension fail because my ego is to fragile to admit when I’m wrong. So I’m going to backtrack and now state that my point was to underscore my fear of turning into the Republican Party.

And my reply would be- your fear is irrational and baseless as many things would have to fall into place for everyone to get where republicans are which took decades to happen.

It would be nice to be able to distinguish between what somebody thought they said or you thought they said and implied and what their words actually said. It’s all well and good and wonderful that you believe Democrats are years away from being cultish in their understanding of unity but when you say it’s cult unity that keeps Trump in power in the same breath that you suggest democratic unity, I raise my hand for clarification. And that is what I did, whereupon, you took that distinction I wanted to draw as some imagined fear you have that being awake to the dangers of the wrong kind of unity somehow means I’m out to help Trump win.
I’ll say it again. Democrats don’t need unity to beat Trump. They need a real understanding of the danger he and his cult unity represent. Otherwise we just replace one group of the mentally ill with another. I was warning Republicans about cult behavior 20 years back.

You really fucking suck at reading comprehension.
NO ONE SAID SHIT ABOUT DEMOCRATS
AND NO ONE SAID THE UNITY NEEDED TO BEAT TRUMP NEEDS TO BE CULTISH NOR DID ANYONE IMPLY THAT.

You are either too old to have a conversation with or you are simply a troll. Either way you aren’t worth the time.

I don't get Sanders supporters.
They act like should they not get their way they will screw it up for everyone else. They will refuse to support the democrat and they simply will not vote.
And if Bernie did win, he would need a democratic super majority house and senate to follow him.
Which reminds me... when any of the candidates campaign why are they not also pleading for people to vote for a democratic senate? None of the candidates including Bloomberg with his billions of dollars would get one thing done or one law passed as long as republicans control the senate.
Who is kidding who here?
As strong as the candidates toot their own horn they need to toot for every democrat running as well. Otherwise all the talk means nothing and they have no credibility. House democrats thought they could impeach Donald Trump despite of the republican senate and look where that got them.
If democrats can not win the presidency and the senate then why bother? And should democrats lose the house, senate and the presidency then we might as well hand Donald Trump his oval office throne, cape, and golden crown.

Yes you got that from a headline on Fox State TV. Stop spreading Russian propaganda.
Fox News is full of lying pieces of shit who pretend that being a l lying piece of shit is acceptable. That is a very compelling message for people dodging how they really feel about themselves.
